What areas does TTS specialize in?

TTS places candidates in the creative, web development, mobile development, and financial services IT space.

How do I register with TTS?

You can either call us at 212 687 9001, or apply online. I guess you could mail us your resume… but, come on, get with the times.

Do you place talent outside of the metropolitan area?

Yes. Most of our jobs are in the NYC area. However, we have also placed people in San Francisco, LA, Chicago, and the UK.

So after I connect with someone at TTS, how does the whole process work?

It’s pretty standard. We find a job that fits your needs. We'll send you an interview confirmation, and someone from our team will prep you. You interview, and then we get back to you with any feedback the hiring manager gives us. Hopefully you get the job, but if not, no worries. We go right back to finding new opportunities for you.

What if I don’t see a job that I’m a match for on your site?

Tomorrow’s another day! But seriously, we get new jobs all the time. Just go ahead and email us your resume, if we get something we think you might be a fit for, we’ll get in touch.

Why should I use a recruiting service at all? Doesn’t that mean I’ll get paid less?

Well, as a recruiting company we get information about job openings that aren’t public information. Also, we have direct connections with the hiring managers at the companies we work with that you wouldn’t have access to. As for getting paid less, that’s a common misconception. Our goal is to land you the job you want with the pay you deserve.
